Program Overview
The virtual program is designed to provide meaningful, engaging activities for participants ages 14-18. These activities will involve discipline, critical thinking, focus, accountability, social interaction and will ultimately lead to great growth and personal development in a flexible, safe manner.
Participants will be expected to invest 20 hours a week, most of which they will schedule and plan based on their individual needs.

Required Resources:
2 books by local authors. *Info will be provided*

1. Technology: Laptop (preferred) or tablet with keyboard; Wi-Fi
2. Books: A recommended reading list will be made available.

Bonus Option: $449 includes (3) 20-minute one-on-one coaching sessions (limited slots available)

Meet the Facilitators
Dr. Theresa Lewis
Dr. Lewis’ professional career as an educator and counselor spans 25+ years with experience in secondary schools as well as the community college and university settings. She has worked with a variety of student populations, including first-generation students, students who experience a plethora of academic and/or personal challenges, and high-achieving scholarship recipients. She teaches first-year experience courses and is a member on numerous committees that engage in policy decisions that affects students and faculty, serves on steering committees for an annual national conference, and selects scholarship recipients. In addition, she is the founder of C-STAR Solutions, LLC, which engages in counseling, coaching, and collaborative projects such as MentorMe. Lastly, she serves on several boards in the community and as a musician in the local church community.
Dr. Angela Scott
Dr. Angela A. Scott is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Growing Human Capital with a S.M.I.L.E., LLC. Dr. Scott is the newly published author of Journaling with a SMILE, a guided journal that helps individuals with self-awareness and supports building healthier relationships with oneself and others. At Growing Human Capital, she oversees the team-building training modules, Executive Coaching, and Personal/Professional Development Coaching that generate genuine dialogue that helps people operate transparently, both professional and personal. Dr. Scott collaborates with CEOs and Entrepreneurs to help elevate their organization, increase optimal team performance with measurable results, and develop leadership skills. She knows that building relational capacities on teams involves a unique combination of attributes which she demonstrates with a S.M.I.L.E.
